I just got a small soaking pool for my daughters its only about 750 gallons but it still requires pump, filter and chemicals and honestly i was confused lol but live in linden and I've past by the store a million times and since i was confused and need it a pump, chemicals and help, so i walked in and i was helped and got what i need it regardless that i have a tiny pool lol but my daughters were able to use it for the past month and half and I'm grateful for the help and today i need it a filter i could have order from amaz... read more
They are amazing. My pool has turned green, it had decomposed leaves at the bottom, and other issues. I simply brought a water sample & they told me exactly what to do. For the leaves, they told me how to fix. They are great! They only sold me what i needed. I highly recommend them.
The amazing customer service at Blue Ribbon is like nothing I have ever experienced in any area of business! They are always friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and very patient, always taking the time to explain procedures and needs when it comes to my pool.
