Very unprofessional! I asked a couple of questions about the potential health effects of a back flow system being down. The person couldn't answer the questions and started being very aggressive saying he's not a medical doctor. My point was, he is a plumber and he should know what type of bacteria can get in especially after he said if no one got sick, then it's fine (well, our cats got sick and I just wanted to know how this could potentially manifest...). Had a hole develop in our hot water tank while away for the weekend. After the 25m3 of water was removed from the basement we had Blue Ribbon install a replacement. Was very impressed with the installation! Also had them install a clothes dryer natural gas line while they were available and was pleased with that installation as well.
Mike and team helped us with phenomenal service this week. We have used Blue Ribbon for a variety of issues and installs over last number of years. I honestly don't know if they are the cheapest at all, this is a bit secondary to me when comes to plumbing. I just know the job will be done right and I have a high degree of confidence and satisfaction.
