Very dirty, unprofessional and unorganized. The owner and her assistant groomer interrogated me to the point of "no sale"after my wife spoke with them and set up an appointment for a malnourished dog we rescued during the pandemic. My wife set up an appointment the day before but it was as if they had no knowledge of it. They doubted my Pyrenees has ever been to a vet, (although he goes to the best one in Cottage Grove 🫶!) and they had no business because two of them stood around grilling me to the third degree of what was ... read more

Awesome place
Great place! They're always friendly and knowledgeable. Grizwold our 2 year old Chorkie with very long hair always looks amazing when we pick him up from Blue Ribbon.
Beware of this place. If the owner for some reason does not like you or your dog she will over charge you & return your dog ungroomed. My dog was also returned to me covered in urine and she pees herself when she gets scared so I can only imagine what happened to her during the 8 hours she was kept at this place for whatever reason. She was also extremely rude and uncooperative. Would not recommend this place to an enemy. My poor dog has been so scared to go to groomers now after bringing her to blue ribbon.
