I took my Triton to my local Mitsubishi dealer in northern NSW due to strong and noxious exhaust smell coming into my cabin. The Mitsubishi mechanics said the smell was obviously due to a faulty service they could see had been carried out by Blue Ribbon. Was Blue Ribbon interested in taking any responsibility in any way? Or offering any compensation, even a small amount? Or do you think they passed the $700 repair buck back to me? The one star above answers those questions.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Don't expect any acknowledgement from this company when one of their courtesy cars is at fault in an accident and you try to deal with management for insurance claim. They intentionally ignore you. Give you the run around and never respond to ANY phone calls or emails. Also purchased an LDV ute from them a few years before that required being returned as it was FULL OF RUST AND A DEATH TRAP.!! PAINT FADE AND THE WARRANTY WORKMANSHIP WAS DISGUSTING.
