Sept 19 2018 I place an order for a window to be installed, I tell the salesman Erik to charge the FULL balance due as I have done with 5 other windows / doors. After waiting 2 months they installed the window and I get a message saying my card has been denied for the balance. Turns out they never charged the full amount like I asked.
