I really appreciate this company. They are honest, know their stuff and have good people. I had them replace a set of Marvin window casements. Other companies wanted to put in "replacement windows" which would have been a lot more expensive and not matched what we had. There are a lot of disreputable people in the window business and it is nice to find a good honest dealer. (They are authorized reps for Marvin which means a lot).
The guys who installed my windows did a good job, however, I am disappointed that they did not clean the tape markings off the windows. The kitchen window is 2 stories high and the top window does not come down so I will not be able to clean it myself. The guys had ladders and scaffolding and they also had the opportunity to clean the windows in my garage before they installed them. I contacted Wes but didn’t get much help. Very disappointing and frustrating experience with this company. We were more than patient and understanding with 4 door replacements due to poor, unacceptable quality. This 4th door is also of poor quality and now has light shining through around the door. This from a door that hadn't even been installed a week. Their remedy, more weatherstripping. ... unbelievable. After almost 4 weeks, they still have not resolved the daylight issue. We cannot recommend this company for anyone to spend their hard earned money.
