We recently brought a new LDV and went to Blue Ribbon LDV as we brought a new Isuzu MUX from them a little over 2 years ago and the Service was fantastic. We went into see Andrew Doonan whom sold us our Isuzu MUX and we wanted to deal with Andrew on this purchase. Second time around same Service from Andrew: Excellent knowledge of the vehicle, great Customer Service and nothing is a problem for Andrew. Purchased a used car from Blue Ribbon and found that Nick provided good service, no issues from my perspective.
If there was an option for a NO STAR for your service/ mechanical department IT WELL AND TRULY WOULD HAVE BEEN A NO STAR AT ALL... My family wagon went in there for the 6th time in 3 years for the exact same problem, Something is drawing the battery while my car is sitting stationary, turned off, locked up, under cover and has nothing plugged in and no interior lights on what so ever and now Yamanto is blaming us for us for things that dont make sense to me or other LDV mechanics/ deisle melchanics, auto electricians, People... read more
