Had been a faithful customer for approximately seven years. Had what I thought was a good relationship. The dry summer of 2016 was a disaster. Blue Ribbon fulfilled their obligation up until the last feeding. They did not perform this. The following spring, they informed me that there would be a discount on 2017's service and was applied to the bill. I have been dealing with Tim at Blue Ribbon Lawn Care for 20 years. I have been observing my neighbors lawn which is treated by a fancy lawn service, by June my neighbors lawn is burnt out while my lawn is grown in nicely and a beautiful color green.
