Very easy and helpful to deal with
Had an excellent experience dealing with Clayton at Isuzu Yamanto. He was professional, super easy going, great communication over the whole process, upfront and made the whole process really simple. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I was comfortable with everything before driving away. Couldn’t be happier with the service and would definitely recommend. We will be back in the future!
Whilst I can vouch for Glen and Clayton being very professional salespeople, the service department is best steered clear of. Less than helpful, rude and downright unprofessional. Even suggesting I go to where I first bought the vehicle for its first inspection after I queried a 6 week wait l. Not what I expected from my local dealership. I'll definitely not recommend. Glen did an all round fantastic job, he worked within the range of what I wanted and knew every single detail about the vehicle that I got, his professionalism was the best I have seen from a car dealership!
