I was recommended to Blue Ribbon by my mother in law. I'm glad she did. This being the first time I had to go through this, I had a lot of questions. The ladies in front and Gasper were very nice and patient with me. Gasper did amazing work on my vehicle. They even fixed a rear light that was out for me, something they didn't have to do but did. I'll definitely be recommending Blue Ribbon Auto Collision Center to someone else.
Sorry, but I have no choice but to change my review. After picking up my car I noticed the backup camera was not fixed. Service advisor Gasper told me he would take care of it. His techs glued the camera on with black caulking. Well that didn't work because my camera fell off. I called blue ribbon and I've been waiting for several weeks and still nothing.
Great service and most important great work. Car looks just like new. Special thanks to Steven Valdez for all his help with the car and insurance.
