Schatel, the owner, is extremely nice and easily available if you need anything. I'm in the area working and needed a safe, quite, furnished place to stay. This has been prefect. I've had no issues at all. Within 5-10 minutes of hospital, parks, resturants, and shopping.
Great place to live. Building is quiet and clean. Landlord responds quickly to any concerns and is usually out to fix any issues right away.
The building is clean and well taken care of. The landlord is prompt to respond when there are issues and the area is safe.
I have been here for two months and it has been a pleasant experience. The neighbors are kind, the area is safe, and we are situated near the trail of Peoria Heights. I especially appreciate the security entry and security lights. As a single woman safety is my number one concern. I would recommend the Blue Ribbon residents to anyone who enjoys comfortable living and a peaceful mindset.
Since being under new management, there has been many improvements to the building to ensure safety, cost efficiency, and quality of living. The owner is always readily available and very helpful. I would highly recommend this building - Great location and great management.
