My stay here was great! Sachin was very responsive to any questions/concerns I had.
I’ve been living at Blue Ribbon Apartments for a year and couldn’t be happier. The buildings are very safe and secure, with cameras throughout common areas and around the exterior. As a single female, I’ve always felt completely safe here. The intercom system with face recognition is incredibly convenient—it lets registered tenants enter without even taking out keys. The building is well-maintained, clean and well lit. One of the standout improvements recently was the installation of a brand-new HVAC system throughout all the units— it’s efficient and quiet. Also, I was dealing with very poor water pressure from my kitchen sink, mentioned this to the owner and he replaced the kitchen faucet in less than 24 hours. An overlooked fine establishment with quiet comfort and plenty of parking. Close to Starbucks and many other fine dining experiences. This rental facility is recently upgraded with new Hvac system and is clean from floors to ceiling. Most people work that stay here, so the units we're quiet and noise insulated. If there was a better lease option in the area within 15 mile I would have found it, but this is the best option. The landlord of this property is wonderful and very responsive to any problem that arose. This small apartment complex is situated in a residential neighborhood and only a short stroll away from the shops at Peoria Heights. Nice renovated appliances and clean apartment - great for the price!
