Super easy to use. Took maybe 2 minutes.
Station hidden & location wrong on Google. Station unplugged. Plugged in and tried to call the #, doesn’t work for non operators (customers) Waited a few minutes for the credit card machine portion to catch up with the station OS, finally worked. Overall a waste of time but literally no other choice as u-haul in Charlotte is unstaffed and a joke for who is staffed.
