Two times in a row I've had issues. The first time one of the doors didnt open. The second time I got a leaking tank. I understand things happen but it takes forever to get resolution over the phone. Im on hold hearing about the tanks be leak tested and ready for a fast exchange to get you back to grilling. So, Im on hold getting nervous with people walking by with cigarettes!
