Terrible experience and customer service.
American heart association listed this location for having a skills check for acls available. I called and I got and automated voice message. I got here at 325 and the class was suppose to start at 330-400pm with 12 seats available. I called the offsite number and it was busy. I emailed and got no response. I waited until 437pm and no one returned. It not a complaint on the Cpr training just the professionalism and courtesy offered to clients. Professional staff and great CPR course I’ve had many courses before for work but this one was more informative and knew they’re stuff when I asked questions! Highly recommendable
Blue Pulse CPR was the most available service I have ever come across. Another place was trying to charge me up to $95 (did NOT include the book) for being a first timer, but since I was in the Care Extender program, Blue Pulse CPR had a discounted price! I emailed them at midnight and they got back to me within minutes! They have great customer service both readily available as well as friendly :)
amazing site. I recently took a CPR class at Blue pulse CPR. I met the instructor and owner. He is a knowleable instructor and it made me feel at ease with performing the cpr exercises. It was a very fun experience. I really learned a lot. I will definitely recommend everyone to sign up to learn first aid training and cpr because it is a vital life skill.
