The team at Blueprint went above and beyond to manage the repair of my car and were incredibly accommodating throughout the process. With a busy schedule and three kids, the level of support they provided made a huge difference. I was really impressed with the clear communication from start to finish — from arranging the quote, sourcing parts, booking the repair, right through to handover. Highly recommend Blueprint for their professionalism, efficiency and care.
They booked vehicle in for assessment but don’t have any availability to repair - unprofessional and avoid. We wasted a week to wait for this assessment when they could not complete job

NRMA sent me here to get my car repaired April 2024, it took the mechanics 3 months despite being a minor accident, and I only just found out (May 2025) that they didn't replace a part that had been badly damaged putting me in danger for over a year. The recent mechanic said Blueprint Smash Repairs left my car with numerous problems including all suspension components (control arms, ball joints, struts, tie rod end (both inner and outer) and the internal steering rack pressure valves.
