Their one technician Vinney is so rude that I had to tell him to leave my property and he is the reason I am no longer using this company. Our pool had been taking in water and we had to drain air out of the system to prime the pump every 1-2 hours for a week. When Vinny the technician finally showed up, he had a horrible attitude because I didn't take his word that he had "fixed" our problem by priming the pump. I purchased a new home with a pool and Blue Pools Forever had done the pool inspection prior to the purchase. The inspection claimed about $1400 of repairs were needed. No problem. We closed on the house and I contacted BPF to do the repairs. It should have been a warning when David didn’t show up to go over the repairs with me. Unfortunately so far didn't start good. Someone was going to call me in 20 minutes to give me availability spots, I'm still waiting a day after and when I call, seems someone disconnects my call.
I have used this company for a few months now and have gotten great service. I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for quality pool services.
This company installed a new heater 1 year ago. Due to incompetence, they ruined the heater by mixing chemicals that damaged it beyond repair. Pentair wouldn't warranty due to the negligence. The communication was poor. The pool is still not fixed after 10 months. Do not use! Do not use! Do not use!
