Blue Pools did a superb job on our pool and spa and we recommend Jean wholeheartedly. He designed a beautiful pool for a small and slightly difficult space, and managed every step of installation so professionally. He worked well with our builder who was managing a long renovation so that the pool build fit efficiently into their work programme. I don't even give a single star for Jean. We received a quote to construct two swimming pools. He was professional at the 1st meeting but after that he never answers the call or return to your call. Very unethical and unprofessional post quotes when questioned about the hidden charges. False promises. He acts to be good when you meet. I would be more careful to deal with him. Jean was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very friendly and easy to communicate with, being always on time and constantly providing excellent service. Jean is very knowledgable in his line of work and informative in helping us choose what services where best for our situation.
