Terrible service! No shows, fake service logs when they never show. I was sold a acid wash to kill algae and it just came back because they did show for service. If the tech showed it was the end of his route and he would tell me he was out of chemicals my pool needed. I would get a email saying my pool had just been serviced when I was home and no one had been there. will not return phone calls or emails. have not shown up to provide services in over 5 weeks but continues to send us bills. avoid this company. have attempted to cancel services but can't get ahold of anyone at the company and no one has been to our house in over a month. find a different pool service and avoid this company

I paid $150/mo for them to turn my pool into pea soup in two months. STAY AWAY.
Not happy and highly do NOT RECOMMEND. My wife and I are very upset. Our pool pump went out 2 1/2 weeks ago and we still haven’t got it installed. On Sunday he said he could have it installed by Monday same day or Tuesday at the latest. It is Thursday and is still not installed. They hardly every respond to texts and never answer the phone and you can’t ever leave messages because it is full. We will be hiring another pool person after it is installed.
