My phone got virus some how and couldnt use it, those apps were stealing my informacion. I called my carrier they offere me to buy another phone at discounted price! No way I came to Blue Point and the guy nicely helped me out and charged me a fair price to bring my phone back to work. No need for new phone, saved my information and 1 hour wait!
