Lack of staff training, lack of experience, poor management.
This is a very unprofessional pharmacy that did not provide good help with the medicine I needed. I was even more disappointed when I saw that the pharmacist refused to provide effective services to the patients next to me. Even it's close to my house, I won't come again. Don't use the excuse that you are not a customer to shirk your poor service when seeing a customer give you a bad review. Please strengthen your staff management and be responsible to your customers.
