Came out very friendly. I said it sounds like it’s stuck at the other clean out he said I don’t think so, and I had to call another plumber to fix it he was unable. Charged me $248.00. I went to Home Depot rented a snake , opened the other clean out made sure it didn’t get stuck and bam the clog was fixed in two seconds. Never again.!
They were polite, and prompt. The plumber was well groomed and articulate and solved the problem quickly. He returned the following day with the item that was missing. The price was very reasonable.
Great technician! Appointment scheduling was fantastic - same day service.
