This clinic uses outdated practices not supported by scientific evidence. For example, asking patients about their sexual history/practices; judging whether they can "pass" (conform to binary gender and sexual stereotypes) prior to accessing medical transition to decide who is truly transgender. Some people working at this clinic try to convince certain patients that they are not transgender and instead have trauma, a belief with no scientific backing but is endorsed by conversion therapy groups. Patients who do not fit the ... read more

Don't answer calls and can't book an appointment when they do finally answer. Shouldn't this clinic be benefiting from program funding? Or the ladies who work there just lazy? Update 2026, called and instantly they say not taking new patients still. So you can assume now this place is useless and only service a few existing patients? Why does it even exist then? A whole program and doctors office just to cater to a handful of existing patients. When I first went there in 2016 it was for people who couldnt find doctors otherw... read more

I was told I needed to get some blood work done and the lady confirmed that she was facing the documents to where I usually go for blood work and said it would take 2-3 days for the fax to get there and stuff... read more

Bluepine Clinic was quick to respond with "I am not going to argue with you!" when I pointed out that I had indeed visited the clinic, where the receptionist had even charged my phone just over a month ago. The nurse's response implied that I was not telling the truth. This exchange occurred despite my being on a relatively low dose of methadone, 6 mils, and having been clean for over three years while weaning off methadone. It is worth noting that a clean record is not a prerequisite for receiving methadone treatment.
