Was given a referral from my family doctor (outside of PG) for gender affirmation stuff and after an 8 month wait things were fine with the initial video call going over a couple things, the lady who was at the appointment with me was friendly, as was the student guy who I agreed could be present during my consultation. I was told I needed to get some blood work done and the lady confirmed that she was facing the documents to where I usually go for blood work and said it would take 2-3 days for the fax to get there and stuff... read more
Bluepine Clinic was quick to respond with "I am not going to argue with you!" when I pointed out that I had indeed visited the clinic, where the receptionist had even charged my phone just over a month ago. The nurse's response implied that I was not telling the truth. This exchange occurred despite my being on a relatively low dose of methadone, 6 mils, and having been clean for over three years while weaning off methadone. It is worth noting that a clean record is not a prerequisite for receiving methadone treatment.
A waste of time doctors will lie to you nurses will lie to and social worker will lie to you, in order to get help from these people you must be willing to lose everything become homeless and then and only then will they come swooping in to help and pat themselves on the back for solving the problem they help create, and if you give a truthful bad review in regards to your treatment they make your experiences hell show up 5 min late you get rejected , get upset because they told you not to worry they got you cover only to fi... read more
Garbage doctors, would not recommend.
Seconding the notion that whoever answers calls is a little bit rude and lazy. I called to ask about the process of gender affirming care and she just told me I needed to come into the clinic for that and hung up on me.
