Honestly, I wasn't going to post a review, but the experience and results were so bad, I had to. First off, I called in advance to see if the salon had the OPI brand of nail dip. I was told yes, made an appointment and headed over. Turns out, they don't have OPI dip powder. Not the end of the world, but I called to check prior to going in for a reason. I went to the nail salon yesterday and met this amazing lady named Trina. She did an incredible job on my nails I’m honestly so happy with how they turned out. I 100% recommend her!
I was in desperate need for some attention to my toenails. I wanted them cut correctly and , wanted the star treatment too. So, I dropped in the Blue pearl spa (sounds luxurious,right?) I was able to walk in and my technician was Connie. She was engaging and not pushy. I told her I needed a pedicure,she recommended the detox mani & pedi and I agreed. Blue Pearl is our go-to nail salon. At the beginning, it was like every nail salon, but we came back because they were very accommodating to kids pedicures and my kids loved the experience. Since our first visit, we come back monthly if not every 2-4 weeks. I get my acrylics done and am very happy with Trinh being my tech, she always listens to my requests and has fun with adventuring on fun nail designs. Normally, I love this place and their service, today was totally unacceptable. The nail tech messed up my nails and had to start over completely,then I didn't even get what I came in asking for because all the techs were sharing polish. I wanted flowers painted and waited an extra 30 minutes for the tech to have the nail polish available. I eventually became fed up and left with only my base color.
