They out for your money they are thief’s. They don’t care. Force you into a lease without fixing any problems from early tenants. Send you eviction notice an steal your personal property. The maintenance crew. Steal as well they also don’t follow any of the laws for leasing property. They go into your home without permission or a heads up. This company is just as nasty as the court house a police laws.
I would give 0 stars. Ive been renting from them and this is the worst. Communication is terrible. The sewer pipe busted and it's been months no one will come and fix it. They said they would one time haven't heard anything else. I call text etc. no response. The city came and put a sign on the fence and said they have 15 days to fix it. It's outrageous.
