My Girlfriend hired them to remove Bamboo roots & stump grind two stumps in the backyard. She also left them a check on-site the same day which come to find out was a huge mistake They finished 80% of the stump grinding and did not even begin to remove the Bamboo roots that were agreed upon. They also demolished 2 palm trees that were not agreed upon and cracked a concrete patio they drove one of their machines over. My experience with Blue Ox Tree Services was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I engaged their services to specifically address the bamboo in my yard, but the outcome was far from what I expected or communicated. Not only did they remove items in my front yard after I repeatedly informed them we did not need services in the front yard, but they also proceeded to remove palms in the back yard that were not agreed upon when walking the site with an employee.
