Jonathan and his crew installed airbags on our service truck. Made a huge difference. I also purchased a Weather Gaurd tool box. He didn’t have it in stock, but within three hours, he had it at his shop ready for me to pick up. Nothing better than working with locals.

After 3 weeks of trying to get a Undercover Ridgelander from an online retailer and finally finding out on my own that my order was on backorder, I called John and he was able to get one ordered and installed in less than 48hrs. Had Blue Ox install a high quality light bar with lights on my truck bed and roll away tonneau cover and I cannot be any happier with the quality of the installation and the whole process. I would love to post a picture but I can't figure out how. I highly recommend Blue Ox.
I had fog lights installed and there was a subsequent wiring issue caused from the manufacturer of the fog light switch, not OX. After a second trip and some trouble shooting another issue came up on the way home caused again by the switch. To their credit, OX tech Derrick went above and beyond making a very prompt house call to get it resolved which brought much appreciated relief to the situation, as this is a 2nd generation family truck that has very deep meaning to me as a son. Thanks again Derrick.
