The guys at Blue Ox rally came through for me. After 3 weeks of trying to get a Undercover Ridgelander from an online retailer and finally finding out on my own that my order was on backorder, I called John and he was able to get one ordered and installed in less than 48hrs. Being military and needing this for a move, he really came through and helped make our move possible. Can’t say enough how good these guys are!
I had fog lights installed and there was a subsequent wiring issue caused from the manufacturer of the fog light switch, not OX. After a second trip and some trouble shooting another issue came up on the way home caused again by the switch. To their credit, OX tech Derrick went above and beyond making a very prompt house call to get it resolved which brought much appreciated relief to the situation, as this is a 2nd generation family truck that has very deep meaning to me as a son. Thanks again Derrick.
I had a recent experience here that demonstrates amazing customer service and fantastic products. I had to get my vehicle wired for a trailer and they went above and beyond any expectations to help me get the vehicle. Got a leveling kit installed on my 4Runner looks great! The employees were very professional I dealt with Jonathan and he helped me get exactly what I wanted. Prices are reasonable, and I plan on returning!
