Just stopped by with a problem. Gave help & advice. If i lived nearby, they'd have all my business as store had all the right goods too.
I had fog lights installed and there was a subsequent wiring issue caused from the manufacturer of the fog light switch, not OX. After a second trip and some trouble shooting another issue came up on the way home caused again by the switch. To their credit, OX tech Derrick went above and beyond making a very prompt house call to get it resolved which brought much appreciated relief to the situation, as this is a 2nd generation family truck that has very deep meaning to me as a son. Thanks again Derrick.
Had Blue Ox install a high quality light bar with lights on my truck bed and roll away tonneau cover and I cannot be any happier with the quality of the installation and the whole process. I would love to post a picture but I can't figure out how. I highly recommend Blue Ox.
