Buyer beware! I called this place for a estimate to fix a leaking chimney I had and they sent a guy named Thomas out. He called me saying he found all this hail damage and he was going to get me a roof for free! This was the classic used car sales pitch where it was going to be super easy and he would handle everything! He told me the date of the storm and I called and told Insurance, of course they want photos and a quote of the damage, and this is when things really went south. Our roofing experience with Blue Ox Exteriors and Karl Erickson (Sales Team Leader/Branch Manager) has been great. Initially the insurance offered a small settlement for the hail damage. Karl appealed the claim and was successful in obtaining a settlement not only for our house roof but the garage and shed roofs, too. The work was done well, clean up was excellent and we are very pleased. We highly recommend Blue Ox for your roofing needs.
