these guys did a great job working with my insurance company to get my roof fully replaced. They did an excellent job on replacing my roof and cleaning up after the job. I would use these guys again. Thank you !!!!
Wow, Wow, Wow a company that knows how to take ownership, accountability and dedicated to customers satisfaction. Initially, we had some issues with the install. The major contributor of the install was due to our general contractor. Blue OX can back out and listened to some of the concerns, they took action and took the lead on resolving issues, again not Blue OX issues. Blue OX resolved everything. Ryan was an outstanding representative for the company. He handled EVERYTHING! Very professional when the crew showed up they started and completed in 1 day.Highly recommend.
I met with Ryan to get my father in laws roof replaced. Everything went well and he was a great communicator. Wish I used them for my own roof years ago.
After working with a different roofing company to complete an (insurance covered) roof replacement I went shopping for competitive bids to have my siding replaced out of pocket. --and let me tell you I shopped. Then, a neighbor recommended Blue Ox. Their Sales guy Ryan Schoen is the man! Extremely knowledgable without being a know it all, friendly, responsive, and most importantly in my case patient! If you're looking for straight shooters in an industry full of fly by night goofballs, this is your team.
