This is an older lodge that is in need of repair. The website says there is a store on site and a restaurant. The restaurant is gone and we could never find a store. It is several miles from Breckenridge but there is a bus stop at the end if the driveway. If you are just looking for a place to shower and crash after a day of skiing or hiking this may fit the bill, but if you are looking for luxury, this isn’t it. The location is nice and the room itself is okay. I wish I had read all of the reviews before staying here because I would not have booked here. We reserved the condo for a week and left after 3 days it was that bad! The Internet does not work, there are zero and I mean zero amenities that are in working order. There is no service on site. It was an awful experience and I would not recommend staying here to anyone!!
This place was a huge disappointment. There is absolutely no staff, and you have to check yourself in if you’re given the right numbers for the keypad. The place is filthy, dark, and actually quite creepy. It was so hot in there and no way to cool it off. We lasted about two hours and headed into town and got a hotel. It's in the process of a remodel. The room was nice and spacious. Very dark hallway. Beautiful views and a hiking trail across the street. There isn't any staff on site but the general manager communicated through text message and was helpful.
