I believe this is the first shop I’ve used in the last 10+ years that hasn’t made any effort to sell services other than what I came in for. They did an inspection, said everything looked good, found and fixed a much cheaper problem than I thought I had, and got it done in half the timeline they’d originally told me to plan for. Definitely my new go-to shop.
I prefer to do all my own work but I was defeated by an electrical issue on my Super Duty and needed it back in service as soon as possible. Alex was able to get me in right away and John found the problem wire in no time. These guys are honest, polite, and fair. I will recommend this shop to everyone. Thanks guys!
Great service from John & Alex at Blue Oval. My car needed the ac unit replaced. They worked into the evening to get it fixed so I could be on my way as quickly as possible. Their communication was great letting me know what the problem was and what the cost would be. The best service and great value too!
