Monica Bradley is an amazing body worker and really wants to assist in the healing process ensuring your body is in a better place. Monica is a wealth of knowledge and continually develops her understanding by taking additional classes to further her abilities as a practitioner. I highly recommend Monica Bradley for massage therapy. She combines deep tissue massage, with other effective techniques, like Bowen therapy which resets the vagus nerve resetting the fight/flight stress response. I am excited to have found her.
Monica does amazing work! She has a tremendous amount of massage experience, but what I really like is the Bowen work that she does. Bowen treats the underlying issue instead of just trying to manage the symptoms. I can't recommend this work enough!
Monica is brilliant. Her vast knowledge of structural integration and how the body moves gave me confidence from the beginning that I was in good hands. I have been to her for several appointments. I already feel a positive difference in my posture and am more aware of how I’m sitting and moving on a daily basis. I look forward to continued work with Monica to unwind my long-held tension patterns and to release more pain and stress from my body. Her location is super convenient and I’m so grateful I found her.
