I called early in the morning on Saturday based on Marriott Waterside recommendation- the voicemail message did not have any introduction indicating I had reached Blue One but I left detailed message anyway. Then I went to the website & it was correct number but I still used their web form to make the same request- 13 people to go to the fairgrounds same day at 12:30pm pick up time - I received an auto respond message that someone would be in touch with me today (Saturday) - it is now Sunday & I have heard nothing! Horrible service. First driver got into accident, second driver rude and couldn't wait one minute past pickup time because they over scheduled rides in the shuttle. At $25 a person, please. That was a $150 trip for a few miles. Don't use. Use Uber instead.
Fast courteous shuttle from our hotel to local sights. Would use them again.
