Blue Olive Pools does a great service for our vacation home rental community! They replaced several old parts & the pool pump with an easier to read digital one. Got it running smoothly. Came back the next day to instruct me on how to use everything correctly. Now I can offer a cool clean pool to my guests again at Bluebird Hill on Indian Blanket Ranch.
I was losing two to three inches of water a week and couldn't figure out if it was evaporation or an actual leak. Ran the bucket test myself and sure enough, something was wrong. Called Blue Olive on a Tuesday and they had someone out by Thursday. They pressure tested the lines and found a crack in my return line near the deep end, something I never would have found on my own. The repair was done the same day they found it. Pool light kept tripping the breaker. Not something I was going to touch myself. Blue Olive came out to Kerrville, fixed the light, and caught a bonding wire issue while they were at it. Both handled in one visit. Didn’t try to add anything on. Paid a fair price and haven’t had a problem since. Good people, know what they’re doing.
Our pool pump went out right before Memorial Day weekend last year, the absolute worst timing with family coming in from Houston. I called Blue Olive in a mild panic on a Friday morning and they made an effort to fit us in. Tommy called me directly, explained what had failed, and was transparent about the cost before doing anything. He had the replacement pump installed and the pool running that afternoon.
