She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to every detail. She made what could have been a stressful process feel smooth and easy. We closed on a house and were looking to do so quickly. Blue Ocean was able to accommodate that for us. They went above and beyond to make sure our closing experience was quick and seamless. They were extremely well organized, professional, and polite and were able to answer any question we had. Jennifer was the one who greeted us and conducted our paperwork when we arrived and she was so kind and personable. She made the experience very enjoyable and finished it off with a little souvenir Polaroid picture for us!
