We were referred to Dr.Ross at Blue Ocean Plastic Surgery by a major academic healthcare system in northeast Florida for my Wife's complex breast surgery. As a retired MD I was impressed that Dr. Ross immediately took us on as a patient and carefully explained the entire process moving forward. He subsequently personally facilitated the various steps in this process. The cosmetic result of the surgery was outstanding as was the facility, personnel , and follow up at Blue ocean. Truly a 5 star rating all day, ever day!
From the moment I walked into Dr. Ross's office, I was met with the utmost professionalism from all of his staff. The office has a very calming and elegant feel, which for me, sets the tone for my experience. Dr. Ross and his staff exceeded all expectations, from the initial consultation to post-surgical follow-up. There was no question that he didn't answer fully and patiently, and the professionalism of his staff was second to none. Their facility was very impressive (with the OR right onsite) and located in a highly convenient area (Mercato). I highly recommend Blue Ocean Plastic Surgery to anyone considering a procedure.
Dr Will Ross with great care performed facial corrective surgery after my Mose procedure, and the result was flawless! He fit me into his schedule immediately after the procedure, and his follow up was also very helpful. The affected area has healed completely and looks like nothing took place.
