We are new to the hot tub world and both employees were VERY HELPFUL when we were having issues balancing all of the chemicals.
We’ve used Blue Oasis for opening and closing our pool for years. They show up when they say they’re coming and get the job done- and usually for less than other pool service companies. They also replaced our expansion joint and did a wonderful job. Highly recommend.
Blue Oasis in Winchester is a family owned business. Every single employee has been so friendly and helpful - from helping us identify the right hot tub, to installation, all the way to teaching us how to maintain our new purchase. We love our Hot Spring hot tub / spa and will be loyal patrons to the Blue Oasis team!
They have everything I need. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff! Really talked my husband through our green water after opening the first year, and what would be needed to remedy. Ended up getting a pool cover from them and it was very easy with regard to scheduling measurements and install. Highly recommend them to anyone!
Best customer service! Very helpful and knowledgeable especially for a person who knows nothing about having a pool!
