0 STARS IF I COULD I WOULD!!!! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Seriously. I brought my pool vacuum cleaner in on June 30 because it stopped working. I was told they would get back to me by July 4th. July 3rd came and… nothing. I followed up on July 6th after the holiday. I was told they would get back to me. Two days went by. Nothing. After hiring Blue Oasis for pool closing, opening, and ongoing maintenance, I was disappointed by both the quality of work and the communication. The opening left the pool in poor condition. Debris remained at the bottom, including large leaves that could've easily been scooped or vacuumed out, and the team apparently backwashed the mess directly into the water rather than flushing it out properly.
