We are new to the hot tub world and both employees were VERY HELPFUL when we were having issues balancing all of the chemicals.
Blue Oasis in Winchester is a family owned business. Every single employee has been so friendly and helpful - from helping us identify the right hot tub, to installation, all the way to teaching us how to maintain our new purchase. We love our Hot Spring hot tub / spa and will be loyal patrons to the Blue Oasis team!
They have everything I need. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff! Really talked my husband through our green water after opening the first year, and what would be needed to remedy. Ended up getting a pool cover from them and it was very easy with regard to scheduling measurements and install. Highly recommend them to anyone!
I went into the store looking for an item they did not have, although they created an alternative that worked , they made sure I had what I needed before I left, those ladies were awesome.
Always have exactly what I need to keep my hot tub clean and functioning! Great service and knowledgeable people.
