They have everything I need. Super knowledgeable and friendly staff! Really talked my husband through our green water after opening the first year, and what would be needed to remedy. Ended up getting a pool cover from them and it was very easy with regard to scheduling measurements and install. Highly recommend them to anyone!
We ordered a hot tub from Blue Oasis in August 2020. Due to supply shortages during the pandemic it wasn't ready for delivery until August 2021. The staff has always been courteous and responsive, and I appreciate the 10% discount they offer on supplies purchased in the store for those that bought a hot tub from them. Blue Oasis and Amanda were awesome and so knowledgeable. We are new to owning a pool and hot tub! They helped us pick the right pool cover and installed perfectly! Amanda helped us chose the right Hot Spring Hot Tub for our family and was installed right on schedule!!! Amanda and her team have gone out of their way to help and educate us about water chemistry! We will never go here again. Our hot tub broke and wouldn't heat anymore (one that cost nearly $10K and was brand new, only used for three years). The tub died in November(2023) as it wouldn't heat the water. Blue Oasis came out to diagnose the issue, and that was it. They deemed it a heating element, but then radio silence. Update: Amanda and Brian are absolutely phenomenal! They are so receptive to my needs and always take care of me even when I don't always agree with them. At the end of the day, they are always correct with their recommendations so I have learned to listen to them regardless. I will ALWAYS continue to use Blue Oasis as my pool company.
