Ben was excellent and is highly recommended. He provided a realistic timeline and completed the project early when a window opened for him. He listened to our ideas and then developed a great design, which included elements we had not considered. His pricing was reasonable and stayed within the initial expectations. He started with an old, ugly, non-functional water feature and turned it into a beautiful, peaceful waterfall. Thanks Ben!

tldr: Ben was rude, disrespectful, and dismissive, and I would not recommend him. I called Ben looking to get a quote on a short brick wall for our conversion from a lawn to a native garden. I asked him to come out and look at the property for the quote and after giving him the time I get off, he said he'd try and swing by if he had the time. Update: Ben did call back and did apologize, he didn't hear me say patio cover - he offered to come out and look at the job. (5-6 month wait is normal & a much expected time frame these days) Thank you for the call back - I appreciate it. I called and left a message a week ago and heard back today, (happy to receive a call back) but he is way too busy for my irrigation, patio, patio-cover job - Ben informed me that they only do high-end jobs. (We've never met nor has he come by for a site visit) Pretty bold assumptions in my... read more
