They completed our VA appraisal and did a great job. Professional, timely and a quality appraisal report.
Recently used by my lender to process the loan - we are buying new property and renting out current place so lender ordered 2 appraisals. Blue Oak Appraisals is company lender used and I'm not very happy with their service especially price and rent comp report. I suggest to get different appraiser if your lender tries to use them. I ended up paying $300 more than using other company and some of comps they used were not really comparable to my house.
