An absolutely beautiful property with some of the nicest amenities available in the area. In a great neighborhood too, close to a wonderful elementary school, a nice safe area, and the perfect distance from town (close enough for convenient errand runs, but far away enough to not have to deal with traffic during busy seasons). My experience at blue oak wasn’t great. I was freshly moved from out of state, had traveled over 2000 miles and was told I could not have my POD with my entire life in it delivered to the property because it would take up parking for multiple days. I had to rent a uhaul and drive an hour to go unpack, repack, and unpack my belongings because of this and yet when I was moving out, another resident had their pod delivered on property and was there for days before it was moved. Signed a lease at the end of April with the intent to move into my apartment in May as I accepted a position in the local area. I recieved an addtional job offer closer to home and let the leasing office know that I will not be moving in after all. My mistake for signing the lease early and having to pay 5k to break a lease in an apartment I never moved into. Here's the issue!
