Amazing apartment complex, been here for a year and have zero complaints! Kandi and Gina were very respectful and helpful everytime I had any questions. Recommend to anyone new to town :)
An absolutely beautiful property with some of the nicest amenities available in the area. In a great neighborhood too, close to a wonderful elementary school, a nice safe area, and the perfect distance from town (close enough for convenient errand runs, but far away enough to not have to deal with traffic during busy seasons). My experience at blue oak wasn’t great. I was freshly moved from out of state, had traveled over 2000 miles and was told I could not have my POD with my entire life in it delivered to the property because it would take up parking for multiple days. I had to rent a uhaul and drive an hour to go unpack, repack, and unpack my belongings because of this and yet when I was moving out, another resident had their pod delivered on property and was there for days before it was moved.
