I just wanted to share my recent experience with that store. Unfortunately, I had a rather unpleasant time at this particular establishment. The customer service provided by the management was quite poor, and I must say, they did not live up to their claim of matching prices for diamonds with the same GIA certification. It’s a shame, really, I found the same diamond and GIA in Brilliant Earth cheaper, but guess what? Great customer service
I am so disgusted by my experience with Blue Nile it felt like they become too big to care. Lots of saying one thing and doing another. Everything is always in their favor, and the focus has clearly move away from the customer. I wish I had picked another jeweler to help with us once in a lifetime moment
I spent hours on a phone with their customer service, and looks like the rings we’ve ordered still won’t be arriving on time for our wedding 🤬 They were ordered months in advance, and Blue Nile still managed to keep delaying the shipment. Now we have no rings for the wedding day!!! Beyond disappointed
