100% recommend going to the store; my wife and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. Jen was absolutely amazing with her knowledge of diamonds and with her customer service. She spent an extraordinary amount of time showing my wife every option there was so she could upgrade her rings to exactly what she wanted.
