I had the pleasure of walking into the Blue Nile showroom and being greeted by Lisa. Lisa put time and care into helping me find the perfect engagement ring. She was patient and explained with great detail the different cuts, colors and settings. A huge thank you to Blue Nile for getting our rings to us in such short notice by our wedding day. I had a last minute court marriage and ordered the rings less than a week before. We knew that there was a possibility they wouldn’t come in time because the ship date was our wedding day. However, we called Blue Nile a couple of times and customer service was so kind and understanding. They helped expedite the process by a couple of days and we were able to get our rings.
