After going to several different jewelers, local and larger, we ended up at Blue Nile off of several referrals and our own research. The showroom is very beautiful and they had the options that myself and my fiancé were in search of for our wedding bands. We worked with Rodolfo, and he was great to work with! He answered all of our questions, provided great communication, and we feel confident in our choice with purchasing from Blue Nile.

UPDATE: I reached out. The new manager has been no help and very unprofessional. She has decided to email my husband instead of handling this by phone. A mistake that was made by this location. Had it been any other jewelry piece I wouldn't be this concern and upset, its my engagement ring. I was told in person that there would be a rush and that there should be no problem. As a repeat customer, I made the one-hour trip to the Oakbrook location specifically to upgrade my wife's engagement ring since our previous experience was very good. When the ring arrived at our home after 6 weeks, we immediately noticed it was still too large.
