I have sent emails and written public reviews where Blue Nile promises a response and all ignored with no response. SCAM BEWARE! I am extremely disappointed and feel mislead with the upgrade Program & Poor Customer Service We purchased multiple pieces of jewelry from blue nile including my engagement ring and wedding bands. 100% recommend going to the store; my wife and I could not be more satisfied with the outcome. Jen was absolutely amazing with her knowledge of diamonds and with her customer service. She spent an extraordinary amount of time showing my wife every option there was so she could upgrade her rings to exactly what she wanted. Jen was so good that we even chose to drive back to King of Prussia to make the purchase in-person rather than use the online store.
