I recently visited for a pedicure and a fill-in with a cut. The results were disappointing and unsafe from the start. The nail shapes are all uneven and inconsistent in size, and the nail tech even cut my pinky finger during the service, which wouldn’t stop bleeding. This was not only painful but also left me with a look I did not approve of, and my friends and family agree that the results are far from acceptable. Thrilled with the nail art that Mary did with gel over dip powder! This was my first visit for a manicure and I will definitely be back. I came in last week for a pedicure and it was one of the most relaxing and thorough ones that I've had in this area since I moved here 3 years ago. Love the mimosas too!😉
This place was awful. I have never had such a terrible experience over the 30+ years that I've been getting my nails done. I told the tech they looked bad and she tried to blame the color and dip powder. I've had the exact same SNS color done before and it did not look like this. Being messy has absolutely nothing to do with the product, that's all the tech. When I asked them to fix them, they treated me like I was crazy and made me show them to other customers. Went in for a full set. The base color was a lilac color with a silver glitter on top. The glitter turned gold overnight. So I went back the next day to have them change the color out (I get it, things happen), but they painted over the old polish. Wasn’t thrilled with the original acrylic shape already, it was lumpy and inconsistent. The glitter polish didn’t help matters. I’m not the type to throw a fit or make a scene. Me and my husband had such a wonderful experience!! Tee is amazing and did such an amazing job with my nails. My husband loves his pedicure and the gave so much attention to detail. Service was fantastic and the facility is super clean. I was greeted and helped immediately. They fit us in and I appreciated it so much.
