Blue Mountain Heritage Hotel was a lovely and comfortable stay. The staff were helpful and welcoming, and the room was very spacious, clean, and well maintained. It felt relaxing to return to after a full day of exploring the Blue Mountains. Overall, a pleasant and convenient place to stay in the area.

We were greeted by the lovely Carol who was extremely helpful and friendly. She had us in a room on the top floor but when she realised we had a lot of luggage she moved us to the first floor which was extremely considerate. The room had plenty of room and a lovely hot shower. There was no hand basin in the bathroom so you had to wash your hands in the kitchenette sink.
