Terrible. One of the worst I have ever come across. My dog had obviously been bitten by a snake and was dying and they wasted life or death time making us fill out a form that could have been filled out later. My other dog was mistreated here a year ago just left weeping in a kennel despite being the only one there overnight. When I rang to see how he was doing I could hear him in the background distressed and weeping. And the nurse just said to me “he’s obviously found his voice” without attending to him. Wonderful, caring animal health providers
Crooks, asked me over the phone if I was a local or passing though. This always raises the rip off alarm bells. Vet quoted me 700-800 for anesthesia and stitches. Robyn then tried to make be sign a fee estimate of 1200 after my dog was already put under, after I raised the vet quote she "saw what she could do" and brought it down to 800-1000 then charged me nearly 1100.
