I had to go here today in an emergency after my chicken was attacked by a neighbour’s cat. I was in extreme distress and a bit of a wreck, but the vet and nurse were extremely calm, patient and prompt in helping me. Unfortunately, my girl could not be saved and was ultimately put to sleep, but I really appreciated the way everything was handled.
Terrible. One of the worst I have ever come across. My dog had obviously been bitten by a snake and was dying and they wasted life or death time making us fill out a form that could have been filled out later. My other dog was mistreated here a year ago just left weeping in a kennel despite being the only one there overnight. When I rang to see how he was doing I could hear him in the background distressed and weeping. And the nurse just said to me “he’s obviously found his voice” without attending to him.
