Johnny Or conducted an ACAT assessment on my father who has advanced dementia. He resides at home and has a litany of health issues. Johnny was brilliant. His happy demeanour was contagious. He was professional and respectful. His ability to communicate effectively with my father and my mother who can’t accept that she’s not coping as his carer, was amazing.
