Do not waste your time and money going to this facility. I have found this place to be unprofessionally unorganized. (the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing/ has done). There are inaccuracies in my medical chart, lab testing, and summary of appointments. I have brought all this to their attention and it was partially fixed. I did contact patient experience to express my concerns, left a message, no one called me back. I am not sure why the patient experience department posts their phone number in the reviews... read more
Staff is always courteous and great to work with. I see Jade most of the time and she has been great to work with for my issues
Dr. McAlvany is wonderful & genuinely empathetic in a way most doctors are not.
