For two years I have had my lifetime of possessions stored at Blue Mountain Storage in Monticello Utah. The facility is CLEAN, and I have received phone calls from their office while there! One time I wasn't able to activate the gate, and they called to tell me to pull up closer to the gate. LoL it opened right up. THAT'S SECURITY! I would highly recommend this storage facility if you're ever in need of storing items. Conveniently located, great amount of space and the employees are very helpful and pleasant to work with.
They were very helpful and accommodating for us while moving to Monticello. They took care of everything over the phone with us and also upon cancelation. We rented very short term about 3 weeks just to hold our furniture until we moved into new place. Great professional service!
The location of these units is very convenient and in town, and as such they're easily accessible 24/7. However, some of the features that first sold me on the units (automatic/drive through gate and PIN locked entrance) were unavailable or broken more often than they were functional during the year-ish span I had my rental.
