They were very helpful and accommodating for us while moving to Monticello. They took care of everything over the phone with us and also upon cancelation. We rented very short term about 3 weeks just to hold our furniture until we moved into new place. Great professional service!
The location of these units is very convenient and in town, and as such they're easily accessible 24/7. However, some of the features that first sold me on the units (automatic/drive through gate and PIN locked entrance) were unavailable or broken more often than they were functional during the year-ish span I had my rental. It's so convenient to rent with Blue Mountain Storage on their website. The units are new and clean and easily accessible. Worth every penny
These newly built storage units are easily the nicest in town! The facility is well maintained, has paved access, is gated and has surveillance to further ensure protection for it's occupants. Online setup for new tenants is quick and streamlined. Blue Mountain Storage is extremely easy to work with and happy to respond to customers needs.
